This type of sauna is so incredibly beneficial…for one it warms your body temperature from the inside out. Infrared, near- and far-are known for their ability to promote detoxification. By heating tissue several inches deep, an infrared sauna may enhance your natural metabolic process and improve blood circulation, helping to oxygenate your tissues. And in an oxygenated body it is hard for diseases to thrive.

They are also very affordable and much easier to sit in as your regular sauna.
