Happy New Year everyone!!! As some of you may already know I have been on an extreme healing journey for the last two years of my life. Ultimately what I’ve learnt is that no matter how bad things get, if we are alive and breathing we probably have at least one thing to be grateful for! I am grateful for my family! I am grateful for meeting the people I have met through this journey and I am very grateful for knowledge I have acquired.

I have always been on the cutting edge of the health and wellness world. At least the last 20 years of my life when I started eating organic foods and drinking green juices. I remember there were only 2 places in the whole of Los Angeles that served cold pressed green juice. We were often ridiculed by our friends.

Long story short, during this crazy time of suffering with long haul Covid I became obsessed with healing! I went to so many doctors and naturopaths but there was always a missing link. Through trial and error I tried so many protocols. The deeper and cleaner my body got the more clarity I was starting to feel.

My family back in Germany had been treating people with ozone therapy when in the US it was still illegal. We were offering hydrotherapy treatments and infra red saunas. All the knowledge that took me 20 years to acquire I finally implemented on myself. I was my own healing experiment.

I don’t know how I made it through the hard days. I considered myself lucky to have the resources I had. I spent thousands of hours researching and connecting with doctors all over the world. Monks in India, Ayurvedic doctors in London, dark field microscope specialist in Spain, my naturopaths on Maui!

I suddenly realised that I had already started my very own biohacking journey in my late 20’s. Doing my first rounds of ozone therapy at my grandfathers clinic in Bad Kissingen. I remember everyone at the clinic wondering why I was doing this at such a young age, the people they treated were in their 70’s and 80’s. I was already paving the way of my healing journey! The more I delve into these healing journeys I realise that my grandfather was way ahead of his time.
